Kindred Connect provides a compassionate and individualized approach to parent and family support.

Our goal is to help parents, caregivers, & family members of individuals with autism build the tools and confidence to effectively manage behaviors at home using ABA strategies.

With 1:1 support from a trusted BCBA, you will have a partner to walk alongside you, celebrate progress, & advocate for your family.

Scheduled meetings with the BCBA will include:

• Initial Parent Interview / Concern Assessment

• Collaborative Goal Setting for 2-3 Challenges

• Behavioral Observation

• Functional Behavioral Assessments & Individualized Behavior Plan

• Individualized Materials (ex. Visual Schedules, Token Economies, Social Stories, etc.)

• Data Collection Training, Tools, & Review

• Face-to-Face or Virtual Training of Behavior Plan & Strategies

• Continued Support Consultations (if requested)

• Communication via Call / Email with BCBA

Programming will be tailored to YOUR family’s specific needs!

Some Examples of Focus Areas:

• Daily Living Skills

  • Potty Training, Dressing, Toothbrushing, etc.

• Morning / Nighttime Routines

• Understanding Behaviors (ex. meltdowns, aggression, elopement, etc.)

• Issues Transitioning Away from Preferred Items / Activities

• Functional Communication Training

• Emotional Regulation

• Mealtimes

• Family Dynamics (ex. difficulty between siblings)

Behavioral change is most effective when all of the key players are on board. Working as a team will help foster healthy connections.

A trusted BCBA will support & train the selected family members of your choice!
